Proud to be an organic bakery cafe', our cooperative has been serving the Kootenay's and beyond since 2000.
In addition to classic bakery fare of sourdough bread, bagels, pies, cakes and cookies, we offer products that are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and wheat-free without sacrificing taste or quality.
We focus on producing food that is delicious, wholesome and healthy, encompassing various dietary needs.

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT TORTE is a flour free 3 layer torte filled with flavored butter cream all enrobed in Fair-trade chocolate. Rectangle shape (feeds 12-16)
LES MISERABLES CAKE is a layered ground almond rice flour cake filled with rich raspberry buttercream 26 cm rectangle (feeds 10)
VALHALLA FOREST CAKE is an organic rice flour version of the Black Forest cake. Ours is divine. Gluten free chocolate cake, café pastry cream and organic cherry filled then wrapped in fair-trade chocolate 13 cm round (feeds 2-5).
PECAN TARTIFA, a textural delight! 4 thin layers of hazelnut biscuit, 4 layers of milk chocolate mousse, a pecan chocolate layer and topped with a chocolate ganache. All layers are made here with fresh, organic when available, ingredients. 26 cm rectangle (feeds 10-12)
RAWLICIOUS VEGAN CHEESECAKE, is a raw organic maple sweetened, cashew vegan cheesecake. Made with organic: dates, coconut, oats and with a hint of chilli. 15 cm rectangle (feeds 6) or the larger 30 cm rectangle (feeds 12)
